    I’ve just read an article that says to be sure to turn off TVs and computer screens at least 30 minutes before you go to bed. They “produce light that makes your brain think it’s daytime, disrupting the chemical balance needed to fall asleep.”

    “Exercising” can be as simple as 15 to 30 minutes of stretches every day. Stretching relaxes your muscles, and makes you less prone to sleep-disturbing aches and pains.
